About This Course

During this course we will show you how to connect files and use external links in the Mavim Manager. There are different ways to do this:

• By importing the text from a Word document into the description screen.
• By importing the text from a Word document into the tree structure.
• By creating a hyperlink to a file so that it can be opened in the Portal.

We will explain what approach to use in what situation and tell you what to keep in mind when working with files.
